Refunds:

Showroom Return (After Courier Delivery)

• If you received your order via courier and wish to return it, you can do so only by visiting our showroom within 2 days of receiving your item..
• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
• After inspecting the item at the showroom, we will proceed with the return according to our standard refund policy.
  

Exchanges:

• Eligibility: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items exchanged for a different size or style are subject to availability.
• How to Exchange: Contact our team at @@ with your order number and desired item for exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs:

• Returns: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
• For orders delivered to governorates outside Cairo, a shipping confirmation fee is required to process and confirm your order. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
