Refund and Exchange Policy

At Safy Nadim, we believe in creating products that move with you easily. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t live up to your expectations, we’re here to help!


Refunds &Exchange:

  • Eligibility: You can request a refund within 1-3 days of receiving your item(s). The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, contact our support team at . Please provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable method.
  • You can try/ check the item on the spot while the courier is delivering .. we accept exchanges and refunds only on the spot, once the courier leaves we won't be able to accept any exchanges or refunds.
  • Delivery fees have to be paid in all situations
  • Returned Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging and with all tags attached.
  • Eligibility: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items exchanged for a different size or style are subject to availability.
  • How to Exchange: Exchanges are only available in person at our showroom. Contact our team at @@ with your order number and desired item for exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.

 

 

   

Return Method

  • Cairo & Giza: Returns must be made in person at our showroom.
  • Other governorates: Returns are handled via courier service, and the customer covers the shipping cost.
  • After inspecting the item at the showroom, we will proceed with the return according to our standard refund policy.



    Shipping Costs:

    • Returns: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
    • For orders delivered to governorates outside Cairo, a shipping confirmation fee is required to process and confirm your order. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.


    Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
