Order Paid Policy

If you purchase a paid product using a credit/ debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and later decide to return it, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Order Deposit Policy

For all orders exceeding 5,000 EGP, a deposit payment is required to confirm your order.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the total order value.
