Refunds
- Eligibility: You can request a refund within 1-3 days of receiving your item(s). The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Process: To initiate a refund, contact our support team at . Please provide your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable method.
- Refund Timeline: After we receive and inspect your return, you will be refunded within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Any customized, final sale, or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Return Method
Cairo & Giza: Returns must be made in person at our showroom.
Other governorates: Returns are handled via courier service, and the customer covers the shipping cost.
After inspecting the item at the showroom, we will proceed with the return according to our standard refund policy.
Shipping Costs:
Returns: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
For orders delivered to governorates outside Cairo, a shipping confirmation fee is required to process and confirm your order. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
