Refunds

Return Method
Cairo & Giza: Returns must be made in person at our showroom.
Other governorates: Returns are handled via courier service, and the customer covers the shipping cost.
After inspecting the item at the showroom, we will proceed with the return according to our standard refund policy.

Returns: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
For orders delivered to governorates outside Cairo, a shipping confirmation fee is required to process and confirm your order. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
